Stellantis Expands After-Sales Business in Argentina through Norauto Acquisition

Stellantis South America acquired a 90% stake in Norauto Argentina, a company specializing in the sale of products and services for drivers, which has 13 units in the province of Buenos Aires, 360 employees and serves more than 40,000 customers monthly at its points strategic. In this way, Stellantis expands its participation in the after-sales and services business for multi-brand vehicles in Argentina, in line with its objective of becoming a mobility technology company, capable of responding to the most complex demands of its consumers.

Investments in the traditional retail brand are a core part of the #DareForward2030 long-term strategic plan. “As part of the development of its strategic plan, Stellantis is expanding its participation in the mobility services segment. Thus, it reinforces its presence in the after-sales area and in the perspective of becoming capable of offering customer service in all its needs”, says Paulo Solti, Vice President of Parts and Services at Stellantis South America.

Norauto’s tradition

The company Norauto has been present in Argentina since 1998. The company specializes in providing services to customers in locations close to shopping malls in the province of Buenos Aires. It offers practical hours, a free service formula, a wide variety of brands, interventions with or without prior scheduling, and provides personalized advice to customers. Its functional centers comprise two complementary spaces, a store and a workshop, both offering all solutions in products and services for the well-being of the customer.

The acquisition of a controlling stake by Stellantis will not change its focus on providing quality after-sales services, but will accelerate its expansion. By joining the largest company in the automotive sector in Argentina, Norauto can aspire to have more capillarity, with service centers throughout the country.

Investments in Argentina

Stellantis continues to grow in Argentina. After the continuous plan of investments in its two industrial plants – in El Palomar, province of Buenos Aires, and Ferreyra, province of Córdoba –, the company is ready to advance in ambitious projects. And, in the deepening of its presence in the country, it is investing in several sectors, such as energy, mining and after-sales. This trend of deepening your roots will continue into the future, in new businesses that are maturing.
