The German public broadcasters ARD and ZDF have published their online study 2013.
We present some of the results in an infografik to inform quickly about the most important figures.

The results of the study confirms our own collected data within the latest study called “After Sales Goes Online“.
Due to the raising amount of smartphone and tablet users the time people spend online with an internet device has increased extensively.

Besides the results about the online behaviour we have mainly explored the people´s online behavior regarding the car service. 
The main questions were how much money they have spend on car related articles via the internet and if they can also imagine to order car services online.
