Brezan Autoparts has acquired Bucar Parts in Asse. Alliance Automotive Group Benelux, to which Brezan belongs, reports today in a press release.
Thanks to the takeover of Bucar Parts, Brezan now has 21 branches in Belgium and 100 in the Netherlands. “With this acquisition we are taking the next step towards a national coverage network”, says Marc Vanbergen, general manager Brezan Autoparts.
Bucar Parts will continue under the name Brezan Autoparts, the 16 employees will also participate in the takeover.
It was previously announced that Brezan Autoparts, part of Alliance Automotive Group Benelux, has joined Group Auto Belgium on 1 July.
