Just days after the sale of Exadis, the Laurent group saw one of its subsidiaries, Laurent Père et Fils, be placed in receivership by the Commercial Court of Saint-Etienne since the 1st of October. This decision is accompanied by a six-month observation period, up to March 31, 2020.
