AUTODIS ITALIA announces that it has concluded an agreement with Mr. Nilo Carolillo for the acquisition of the distributor CIDA Auto Components SpA and its simultaneous entry into the share capital of Autodis Italia Holding Srl. The operation will be completed by the end of 2021.

Nilo Carolillo will join the shareholders and the Board of Directors of Autodis Italia Holding Srl and will take on the position of CEO of CIDA Auto Components SpA Together with his brother Gilberto, who will maintain his responsibilities in the commercial field, he will continue the development of CIDA consistently with the strategies of the Autodis Italia Group, in operational synergy with the other subsidiaries of the Group.

CIDA Auto Components SpA

Founded in 1995 by Nilo Carolillo, CIDA quickly became a primary distributor of IAM mechanical components and joined the GIADI Group in 2009. Today it represents one of the most important distribution companies in southern Italy and is the reference player in Puglia. Headquartered in Bari, an 8,600 square meter plant and more than 50 employees, CIDA achieves a turnover of over 20 M € and distributes more than 300 product lines, 90 brands and 97,000 codes available on the shelf. The offer is completed by the animation of primary networks workshops, for a total of 150 affiliated workshops, and a complete and constantly updated training and sales offer for equipment.

The Autodis Italia Group
