AUTODIS ITALIA HOLDING announces that it has completed the acquisition of the distributor 2G PADAUTO Srl, through the subsidiary OVAM SpA.
The creation of 2G Ricambi Auto dates back to 40 years ago, by Bruna Ubaldini and two minority shareholders, soon fully replaced by the farsighted entrepreneur. In a new and growing market, 2G becomes a leader thanks to training, service and distribution of international OEM brands up to the current 70,000 available codes and 10,000 m2 of warehouse. Founding partner of Giadi Group since its inception in 1997, Bruna Ubaldini participates in the acquisition of 80% of AD Italia by the Group, starting the fundamental process of internationalization.
In 2012 he acquired 2012 Padauto srl, a historic spare parts and accessories company in Emilia Romagna.
2G Ricambi Auto is today an undisputed reference point in the sector with its 30 collaborators, cutting-edge services and two daily deliveries throughout the region. A jewel that still grows in this new dimension, achieved through the contribution of Padauto to 2G Ricambi Auto which, in turn, merged into the company 2GPadauto, created last December and acquired on December 29 by Ovam SpA.
The Autodis Italia Group, born in 2017 from the union of Ovam, Ricauto, Topcar and, in 2018, GGroup, proposes itself as a reference operator in the independent auto parts distribution throughout the national territory. The Group, with 14 distribution offices located in northern, central and southern Italy, over 400 collaborators and 250,000 references available on over 188 brands handled, achieves a consolidated turnover of 200M €. The private label Xenergy, the Xmaster division, dedicated to the technical training and sale of equipment and services to workshops and the management of over 1,500 affiliated workshops complete Autodis Italia’s offer, making it a unique player on the Italian distribution scene.
