The Parts House (TPH), Jacksonville USA has acquired the assets of Cold Air Distributors (CAD), including nineteen locations in Florida and the Ft. Pierce distribution center.
The Parts House is a wholesale warehouse distributor of premium automotive and heavy duty parts and accessories. This acquisition expands TPH’s location count in the Southeast market to 74 throughout Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico, and Alabama. TPH is part of Marubeni Automotive Aftermarket Holdings, which also owns XL Parts in Texas.
