Parts distributor LKQ Fource has taken over wholesalers Hamu Automaterialen, Otogros and A28 Autobedrijven. Hamu has 9 locations and was already a Full Fource Partner of the parts supplier.
The car parts chain has been the owner of wholesaler A28 Automaterialen since 2018 . Wholesaler Ottogros was taken over by Hamu Automaterialen in 2016 .
The annual turnover of Hamu Automaterialen is approximately 30 million euros. With the takeover of the wholesaler, Fource wishes to strengthen the region in the middle of the Netherlands. The acquisition still has to be approved by the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). The parties will not disclose details of the acquisition price.
