The last stage of ownership changes at ELIT Polska has come to an end. The new year in the company’s history begins with the expansion of the network and more sales representatives.
As a result of ownership changes, AD Polska was transformed into ELIT Polska Sp. z o. o. The final stage of this process was to combine the structures with the ELIT PL company operating so far . As agreed, ELIT Polska took over all its assets and became the sole legal successor.
