Croatia’s largest car parts retailer Tokic has agreed to take over its Slovenian peer Bartog, Slovenian media reported.
The transaction is pending approval by the Slovenian competition authority AVK, news daily Delo reported earlier this week.
According to the media report, the merger would create one of the largest companies in this business in the region.
