Cecauto is not paying or does it returning material. And it is not the only major distributor that goes through a similar situation. Some more with some relevance presents liquidity problems. A disturbing reality for many suppliers who doubt whether or not to continue supplying material …
There have even been some who have been forced to report defaults so as not to lose insurance coverage. And it is that the situation is especially alarming in the case of Cecauto, pending closing the sale of some of its ships in order to deal with its serious liquidity problems.
And among the suppliers, concern, debating between continuing the business relationship to keep their client’s business ‘alive’ waiting for better times (and being able to collect what is owed) or cutting off the supply and not increasing the risk.
