Select AG wants to convince garages with a new concept. With the so-called owner concept, the NTG wants to specifically target garage owners who have not yet belonged to a classic garage marketing system. Instead of a general system fee, each garage operator pays only the service modules he needs.
There are a total of 35 components to choose from – from customer replacement vehicles through company insurance or workwear to an order portal and workshop billing program, as well as the recently introduced Auto Parts Messenger from Select AG.
According to its own statements, Select AG is responding to the owner’s concept of increased customer demand for individually bookable services. It is optimistic that the offer will be well received and expects within twelve months with over 100 customers.
In addition to the owner concept, the company also operates two classic workshop systems – Auto Service Partner (ASP) and Motocrew – with more than 500 partner companies. The Select AG does not expect a migration of the companies out of the existing systems.
Select AG is a national trade and buying group for auto parts wholesaler and generates according to own data an annual turnover of approximately 700 million euro. The shareholders include a total of 15 parts wholesalers, including Hans Hess Autoteile and Knoll GmbH.
