Renault, already a shareholder of Exadis with its group of dealers, is taking over Laurent’s network of platforms by partnering with Mobivia, parent company of Norauto, Midas and Carter Cash in France.

The French manufacturer has confirmed the recovery of Exadis, information revealed by our colleagues of After-Sales Auto. If the acquisition of Exadis by Renault is not surprising, the partner of the manufacturer is more. Mobivia is indeed one of the major players in the independent aftermarket and is therefore a direct competitor of the diamond brand in after-sales.
