Relais Group Oy (the “Company”, “Relais”), one of the leading Nordic players in the vehicle aftermarket, has acquired Raskone Oy (“Raskone”), which specializes in the maintenance and repair business of commercial vehicles. Raskone is Finland’s largest nationwide multi-brand service and repair chain for commercial vehicles, with a total of 19 repair shops throughout Finland. The acquisition is part of Relais’ growth strategy and will create a significant new foothold for the Relais Group’s growth in the commercial vehicle segment. The company will be reported as part of the Relais Group as of February 1, 2021.
