After the insolvency and break-up of Hess Automotive, the Motoo partners went on the offensive: 13 workshops and car dealerships founded the new Motoo eG, with which the workshop concept is trying to restart.
As a cooperative, the workshop owners have acquired the European trademark rights to the brand and logo – the CI of the founding workshops and all other partners should therefore be retained. Andreas Konrath, Frank Zeimet and Jan Knoll were elected to the board of Motoo eG, which was newly founded in July. The Supervisory Board consists of Oliver Galle (Chairman), Volker Still (Deputy Chairman), Tobias Etti, Martin Dülfer, Sebastian Finder, Christoph Klein, Dirk Schaul, Sebastian Weschbach and Robert Pal.
