EUROPART Trading GmbH has acquired Wilhelm Löchterfeld GmbH on October 1, 2024. The Löchterfeld company was founded in 1934 and has since developed into a strong supplier for the procurement and delivery of wear, accessories and spare parts for commercial vehicles, LCVs and cars as well as construction machinery in Germany with four sales offices (Dortmund, Hamm, Lohne and Wiehl) and around 60 employees.

“With the merger of EUROPART and Löchterfeld, we will further expand our position in North Rhine-Westphalia and be able to offer our customers a more efficient, comprehensive service for commercial vehicle spare parts, workshop supplies and accessories,” explains EUROPART CEO Olaf Giesen.

The 90-year-old traditional Löchterfeld brand will be retained. All employees will remain the contact persons for their customers. Olaf Giesen emphasises: “The experienced employees at Löchterfeld will continue to be available to customers as contact persons with competent advice. Personally, I am extremely pleased about the new, committed colleagues who will become part of the EUROPART family.”

In addition to Löchterfeld’s strong offering, Löchterfeld customers will soon be able to benefit from the extensive EUROPART delivery program and the wide range of products from the company’s own brand Premium Parts with a 3-year manufacturer’s guarantee.
