TEMOT International, has further strengthened its footprint in Latin America by granting EUROIMPORT S.A access to its global network.
The new TEMOT shareholder is headquartered in Asunción, Paraguay. It is the country’s most important distributor of spare parts for European vehicles.
Since its founding in 1968, EUROIMPORT has been family-owned and family-run. Already in its early days, it achieved an excellent reputation as first-class importer of parts for Bedford trucks. Since then, the company has grown to become the leading domestic supplier of spares for European automobiles, e.g. of brands like Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volvo, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche and Land Rover, covering the entire country through a dense network of local distributors.
Additionally, the firm has established a business division dedicated to spare parts for heavy commercial vehicles, with particular focus on trucks from Scania, Volvo and MAN.As a full-service supplier, EUROIMPORT S.A stocks the most renowned European and international Aftermarket brands, among those Schaeffler, Bosch, TRW, Beru, Valeo, Mahle and Mann + Hummel.
It runs three sales branches and employs 30 people who serve in excess of 650 customers and generated total sales of 8.3 million US$ in the business year of 2018. It also operates three modern warehouses with a combined floorspace of 4,200 square meters.
