The PHE group subsidiary strengthens its position in the Benelux by acquiring Autovak SA and AD Autoparts SA.

Doyen-Auto has announced the acquisition of two Belgian companies, Autovak SA and AD Autoparts, multi – brand distributors of mechanical parts, bodywork, paint, tools and garage equipment. The first was created in 1977 in Antwerp and the second in 2009 in Limburg and are both historical partners of Autodistribution Belux.
