Civiparts España, a company of the Nors Group, will be divested to be completely independent from the group to which it belongs. The agreement was closed this December and the operation will be completed in February 2021.

Civiparts Spain will continue to operate in the Spanish market under the management of an independent management. The company will be sold to a company created for the purpose, with Javier Lorenzo as administrator and with 100% Spanish capital.

Javier Lorenzo, who will continue to serve as the executive director of Civiparts in Spain, informs that the sale process concludes the business restructuring plan that involved adapting to the new market circumstances, ensuring the company’s full viability. Being independent in its management from March 2021, it will have a new business plan according to the current situation, it will complete the process of logistics transformation and inventory management that it had been implementing since last year.

Civiparts España will continue to operate at its headquarters in San Fernando de Henares (Madrid), where it moved last October 2019, in order to have greater logistical capacity, and will continue to operate in its two branches in Extremadura and Valencia , places where it has achieved a relevant market share.
