Anjana Investments, parent company of the Aurgi and Motortown garage networks (located in the El Corte Inglés shopping centres) joins the national trade and buying group CGA in Spain.
Currently, Anjana Investments has 114 centers in our country, 64 Aurgi workshops and 50 Motortown. Likewise, the company owns the online platform Autingo, acquired from Pedro Sanz in 2020 and with which it is accelerating the digitization of its own workshop networks.
The entry of Anjana supposes the integration of a new model in the group, since to the distribution business it adds the possession of its own network of workshops. This will allow, on the one hand, to add turnover to CGA through the purchase of spare parts from the group, but it also opens up to the rest of the partners the possibility of carrying out the sale of faults as a priority, a volume until now in the hands of different competitors.
