Wholesaler Theuwissen NV is taken over by Alliance Automotive Group Benelux (AAGB) and is integrated within the subsidiary Partspoint Belgium (formerly Brezan Autoparts). Theuwissen will be merged with Partspoint Houthalen. The seventh training location of the technical support concept TECH360 will soon be opened on the wholesaler’s premises.

Theuwissen is located in Zonhoven, has a team of 15 people, and was founded more than forty years ago. 

In recent years, Alliance Automotive Group Benelux has made a series of acquisitions in the Netherlands. At the end of last year, Ferweda was acquired and in 2021 it took over Winparts. Also in Belgium, two companies were previously acquired.
