Helsinki, May 23, 2025 – Swedish aftermarket specialist AD Sverige has acquired the renowned Finnish company Örum Oy Ab. The acquisition marks a strategic move to reinforce AD Sverige’s position across the Nordic region and to leverage synergies in a transforming aftermarket landscape.

Örum, a key player in the Finnish automotive aftermarket, now becomes part of a growing network focused on sustainable growth and regional cooperation. Both companies share a strong commitment to customer orientation, deep technical expertise, and strong local roots.
