AAG Benelux acquires automotive materials wholesaler Hacos, which is then integrated into the PartsPoint network.
Hacos was founded in 1968 and currently has eighteen employees. Rob Visser, director of the Partspoint network, calls Hacos a good addition to the network. “By adding the largest wholesaler in car materials in Oss, together with Brezan Oss, to the new Partspoint, a very nice future-proof location will be created and we will occupy a very strong position in this region.”
With the acquisition by Alliance Automotive Group Benelux, Jankees Landweer, the current owner of Hacos, wants to secure the future of his company.
