SAG (Swiss Automotive Group), a Swiss group part of ATR International announced that it has acquired the majority shares of Wagen International (Wint), a Serbian distributor synonymous with quality and reliability, which invoices over 40 million euros per year.

The SAG/Autonet Group participates with a majority in the market leader Wagen international d.o.o (Wint), which is active in Serbia. The brand name is a synonym for quality and reliability. Around 300 Wint employees from 15 branches supply the Serbian garage market with spare parts from first-class suppliers. The clear goal is to further strengthen the number one position in the Serbian market. In addition, the service package is to be further developed to the benefit of the customers. Wint will continue to operate under its current brand name in the future. 
The founder Milan Rajic will remain a long-term shareholder of the company. Together with the existing management he will continue the successful development. 

The transaction is subject to approval by the antitrust authorities.
