The Boards of Directors of the Swiss group Swiss Automotive Group (shareholder of Davasa since 2009) and Davasa, have agreed that the Swiss group will increase its current stake to 49% of the capital of Davasa, so that it becomes the partner with the highest participation in Davasa.
The Swiss group together with Autonet Group (where it has a majority stake), operates in the markets of Switzerland, Belgium, Austria, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary and Italy with a turnover of around 900 M / €, is the 6th largest spare parts distributor in Europe.
The Davasa group, one of the largest distributors of Iberian spare parts, currently operates with 29 delegations and generates sales of more than 70 M / €, as reported by the company itself.
