Alliance Automotive Group Benelux (AAGB) from Ede gives its own wholesalers a single face. All more than 100 branches of Brezan, Dabeko, Staadegaard, and Technische Centrale will have the same powerful appearance in the Netherlands; PartsPoint. This creates the largest automotive wholesaler network under one name in the Netherlands.
The PartsPoint name will be on more than one hundred branches by the end of the year. These branches are fully owned by Alliance Automotive Group Benelux, which has its headquarters in Ede. In addition to the PartsPoint wholesale network, AAGB has a strategic partnership with a network of free car parts wholesalers. They operate under the name Precisium wholesalers. All of its own branches and those of the Precisium wholesalers are supplied from six regional depots, including the distribution center in Ede.
The commercial and operational management of the new wholesaler network will be in the hands of Rob Visser, recently appointed, who will succeed the current commercial director Simon Staadegaard.
The PartsPoint Group has been acquired by Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) in 2019 (read the article). It was formerly owned by the AutoBinck Group.
Nowadays the Alliance Automotive Group has around 158 branches distributed in the Netherlands and having a total turnover of 300 Mio EUR in 2019.
