LKQ Fource announced the acquisition of Leo de Groot Gereedschappen en Automaterialen BV (“Leo de Groot Partscenter XL”). After years of cooperation as a Full Fource partner, in which growing together was central, it is taking the next logical step in its success story. Additionally, with this takeover, the number of own wholesaler outlets in the Netherlands now stands at 85.

It further expands its wholesaler network in the Netherlands with the acquisition of wholesaler Leo de Groot Partscenter XL. And with this takeover, the number of own wholesaler outlets in the Netherlands now stands at 85. So, as a partner, both companies have a long history of close cooperation. LKQ Strengthens Position in the Netherlands with Leo de Groot Partscenter XL Takeover

Leo de Groot Partscenter XL owns one branch in Hillegom, South Holland. In addition to a wide range of tools and car materials, the company also offers an advanced service in its workshop for the overhaul of cylinder heads, brake discs, brake drums and flywheels. The 22 employees of Leo de Groot Partscenter XL will continue to work in the branch and will therefore also be the familiar face for regular customers in the future.
