Two months after being placed in receivership, the company Laurent Père & Fils was placed in compulsory liquidation by the Commercial Court of Saint-Etienne. Only three takeover offers have been made. Offers considered to be unsound on the part of the commercial jurisdiction which rejected them.
The 130 remaining employees of the group will be laid off. As a reminder, Laurent Père & Fils had 25 distribution outlets. The rest of the group (Exadis, Colaur, Cap VI, Lube & Fluid, First Equipements) found buyers.
