KGK (KG Knutsson AB) owners Håkan Knutsson and Laitis Handels AB owner Mats Nilstoft have agreed that KGK will buy Laitis Handels AB including subsidiaries with access on 1 May 2020. Laitis with stores in Norr- and Västerbotten will continue to be run as independent companies.

From 1 May 2020, KG Knutsson AB will take over ownership of Laitis Handels AB with subsidiaries.

With its eight stores and over 100 employees in Norr- and Västerbotten, Laitis has a strong position and a large market share throughout northern Sweden. KGK’s ambition is for Laitis to be run as an independent company. The change of ownership means no change in daily operations.

Laitis is today one of KGK’s largest customers.
