One year after the acquisition of Consogarage, Ital Express signs a new external growth operation with Anjou Diffusion, distributor of transmission parts for agricultural machinery.

The crisis is not slowing down Ital Express’s ambitions. The Marne group has just formalized the acquisition of Anjou Diffusion, a specialist in the distribution of transmission parts for agricultural machinery. This external growth operation is part of Ital Express’s diversification strategy, which hopes to consolidate its positions in this market segment.

Founded in 1988 and located in Craon, Mayenne, Anjou Diffusion enjoys real expertise in its field. The company currently manages a stock of 20,000 references distributed throughout the country to around 2,000 professional customers in the repair of agricultural machinery thanks to a team of 11 technical sales representatives. Its turnover amounted to 10 million euros last year.
