COPARTS and Hennig Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co. KG   (Alliance Automotive Group Germany) have decided to end their long-term strategic cooperation 31.12.2020 and develop separately on their respective market positioning 2021. For this reason, Hennig Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co. KG will retire as shareholder of COPARTS Autoteile GmbH with effect from 31.12.2020.

In the year 2021 there will be transitional cooperation between COPARTS, the shareholders of COPARTS and Hennig. During this one-year co-operation period in 2021, a fair balance of interests between the parties is to be achieved, in which all concept modules, the catalog and all workshop concepts of COPARTS can continue to be used and managed by Hennig without restriction.

Only in 2022 will be a complete separation of both market participants. The shareholders of COPARTS, its management and the Alliance Automotive Group Germany are very pleased that a partnership was found here, in order to pursue opportunities for individual business development in a changing market.
