Ernst Lorch KG from Albstadt (Baden-Württemberg) has bought Göhrum Fahrzeugteile GmbH from Sindelfingen with effect from 1 January 2023.
The parts wholesaler headquartered in Albstadt (Baden-Württemberg) has taken over all shares in Göhrum Fahrzeugteile GmbH. The two companies announced this in a joint press release.
As a member of the parts trade cooperation Carat, Göhrum specialises in supporting and supplying medium-sized parts wholesalers in southern Germany. Within the Ernst Lorch Group, which is represented in the automotive spare parts market with a network of branches in southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Göhrum will continue to operate as an independent company and will continue to supply customers from the medium-sized parts wholesale trade in the future, the statement continues. The entire workforce of Göhrum is to be taken over.
