CV parts distributor S & W Services Yorkshire has become the latest firm to be bought out by Alliance Automotive Group.
The Bradford-based company was founded by the Dunne family in 2004. The business is a single-branch factor, located on Manningham Lane in the city.
It is the second acquisition in a short period of time, previously AAG UK announced the takeover of CarUser.
