Carter-Cash, a specialist in the distribution of low-cost automotive products, accessories and quick maintenance services, has announced the acquisition of the assets of Yakarouler, a specialist in the online sale of car parts, with effect from 1 June 2021.
This takeover follows the French pure-player’s receivership on 3 February 2021 with the Creteil Commercial Court.
It allows Carter-Cash to benefit from the experience and know-how of this French pure-player to accelerate its digital transformation, which began two years ago.
Carter-Cash was created by Mobivia in 2002. Carter-Cash is now present throughout France with 71 stores, in Spain with 3 stores, in Italy with 4 stores and in Morocco with 1 store.
