Alliance Automotive Group UK has announced that it has recently completed the acquisition of EBC Motor Factors Ltd; an existing member of the United Aftermarket buying group.
EBC Motor Factors is a two-branch car parts wholesale business based in Brighton and Uckfield with sales of c£1.0m and 13 employees.
Alliance Automotive Group UK is part of the Alliance Automotive Holding which belongs to the GPC Europe Automotive Group.
