Alliance Automotive Group UK has announced that it has recently completed the acquisition of Car User UK Ltd; an existing member of the PDP buying group.
The business has been run by Susan and Gary Wainwright since 2003 and was at one stage a member of A1 Motor Stores. Car User is a single branch motor factor business based in Nuneaton with sales of c£2.9m and 16 employees.
This is not the first PDP member to join the Alliance. In august 2019, seven-branch founder member Autostores Motor Factors was acquired by the business group.
