Alliance Automotive Group UK has announced that it has recently completed the acquisition of AC Components Ltd; an existing member of the UAN.
AC Components is a single branch LV business based in Craigavon, Northern Ireland with sales of c£3.0 m and 20 employees.
This latest acquisition is the third that AAG has made in Northern Ireland in 2022. In May the business group announced it had bought out three-branch Mac Autoparts as well as two-branch distributor Antrim Autoparts.
