In parallel with Solutrans 2019, on which it was present, the Laurent Group’s national platform network, Cap VI, announced its acquisition by the British equipment manufacturer Bremsen Technik, which specializes in the manufacture and distribution of new brake parts and remanufactured.
From Cap VI provider … to main shareholder! This is the turning point that the British manufacturer and distributor of Bremsen Technik new brake and standard exchange parts has just turned with Laurent Group’s PL distribution network, alongside the 2019 edition of the Solutrans salon. Created in 2002, Cap VI is indeed customer parts to the brand Prolead of the equipment manufacturer.
