Autoteile Voigt GmbH & Co. KG has been working successfully at the Schwedt and Pasewalk locations for a good 30 years. In the future, the company will belong to the Alliance Automotive Group. A definitive agreement has now been signed.
The Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) announces another acquisition in the industry: According to a recent press release, the parts wholesaler from Münster has finalized the takeover of all shares in Voigt Autoteile GmbH & Co. KG. Autoteile Voigt operates in Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-West Pomerania with its headquarters in Schwedt and a branch in Pasewalk. With a total of 16 employees, the long-standing cooperation partner of the purchasing organization CAR generated net sales of around five million euros in 2022. The Voigt family decided to take this step because AAG could provide the necessary resources for the next growth phase and to secure the company’s future in a changing market – also for the benefit of employees, customers and suppliers.
