Autodistribution (PHE Group), leader in the independent distribution of Automobile and Truck spare parts in France, announces the acquisition, via AD Parts Intergroup, of 75% of the capital of AD Peñalver (Murcia). This acquisition once again strengthens the existing partnership between Autodistribution (PHE) and AD Parts with the creation of AD Parts Intergroup. It is part of the development plan of Autodistribution (PHE Group) on the Spanish market and increases its territorial presence in this major European market.

AD Peñalver is a major operator in the region of Murcia and achieved a turnover of around 21 million Euros in 2021. AD Peñalver operates from 14 sites in the markets of Murcia and its region. Its workforce is 180 people. AD Peñalver is growing strongly at the end of September 2022, +11% compared to 2021.
