Autodistribution buys 75% of Auto Recambios Vilber and AD Levante

Auto Recambios Vilber (Valencia) and AD Levante (province of Castellón, Valencian Community) have sold 75% of their business to AD Parts Intergroup, the joint company created in 2018 and owned 50% by AD Parts and the French Autodistribution (PHE).

In 2019 it was the president of AD Parts, Josep Bosch, who reached an agreement with AD Parts Intergroup to sell 75% of its spare parts distribution business: AD Bosch. Thus, it marked a path that in 2021 AD Marina and Regenauto would also travel. Now there are two other important partners such as Vilber and AD Levante who have closed an identical agreement.

“Both acquisitions”, explains the Spanish group in a statement, “consolidate the existing alliance between Autodistribution (PHE) and AD Parts. These operations are part of the continuation of the development plan of Autodistribution (PHE Group) in the Spanish market with the aim of increasing its territorial presence in this important European market”.

Auto Recambios Vilber operates in the Valencia region and in 2021 reached a turnover of 23 million euros. Present in some thirty centers located in Valencia and its province, they have a workforce of 184 people: “At the end of June this year, they continue to show significant growth, they detail.

For its part, AD Levante carries out its activities in the province of Castellón and in 2021 achieved a turnover of 16 million euros. A distributor that has seven centers and a workforce of 92 people, “increasing its activity in the areas where it operates in a very significant way”.
