Autodoc is now listed on the stock market

Autodoc

Autodoc, the largest German online retailer of spare parts and accessories for cars is listed now on the stock market. A corresponding entry in the Berlin-Charlottenburg commercial register was made with effect from September 8, 2021, as the online retailer for vehicle spare parts and accessories in Berlin announced

In addition to Christian Gisy, Bert Althaus and Dmitri Zadorojnii (Chief Technical Officer) are the other board members. Zadorojnii has been with Autodoc for around ten years and is moving up to the management board. Gisy joined the company as co-managing director in the spring of this year, and Althaus followed in August.

The three Autodoc founders Alexej Erdle, Vitalij Kungel, and Max Wegner are now moving to the supervisory board. They founded the company in 2008 and built it into a leading European player for vehicle spare parts. In the Corona year 2020, Autodoc achieved sales of 842 million euros – an increase of 37.5 percent compared to the previous year. Consolidated net income improved by 74.3 percent to 54.9 million euros. In addition to Germany, it is present in 26 other European countries with around 4,600 employees at five locations.

In the summer there had already been speculation about an IPO of Autodoc in Frankfurt. According to insiders, the company could at issue be valued at around five billion euros.
