On January 1 , three new Portuguese partners, Primopeças, Silvaspeças and Auto Acessórios Formigosa, joined ASER.

FORMIGOSA is a company led by Marco Gandra and Pedro Gandra. Formigosa is in the second generation since it was founded by the father of Marco and Pedro, Joao Gandra in 1982. It has a team of 21 professionals and is located in Valença, in Alto Minho. Formigosa has three points of sale in Valença, Monção, Lisbon and operations in Cape Verde and a point of sale in Tui. Its mission is to offer an excellent service to workshops and customers, providing innovation and excellence hand in hand with the leading brands and contributing to the development of its professionals.

PRIMOPEÇAS is a company that was born in 2000, founded by Ramiro Antunes and Agostinho Soares, and is currently managed by Pedro Soares. Primopeças has 35 employees, divided into various departments, who work together to ensure excellent service to customers and the continuous development of the company. Experience combined with youth has been a recipe for success, where proximity to the workshops is also a mission that Primopeças permanently seeks to fulfill. The company’s headquarters are located in Ferreiros, Amares and its area of ​​influence is the entire district of Braga and surroundings.

SILVASPEÇAS , is a company created by Carlos Manuel Machado Silva and Cecilia Maria Silva Coito in 2005 with Headquarters in Caldas da Rainha. Silvaspecas has 2 stores in Caldas da Rainha and Bombarral and has 16 professionals who stand out for their extensive knowledge of the market and the distribution of spare parts. Silvaspecas’ mission is to offer a service of closeness and proximity with an excellent service to its customers.

With these incorporations, the Aser group takes a very important step to strengthen its project in Portugal, consolidating its differential position in the market.
