The results of this questionnaire give detailed views on the characterization of the Auto-Service behavior of German car drivers.
The car driver are assigned to nine different customer types which are based on different statements the car driver had to choose. According to the individuality and plurality of a persons character and decision making we requested the participants to choose three customer types out of nine. The order was taken into account which allows to qualify the statements.
